Join the ELUK27 crew
Help run the event as part of the crew.
Act one
The event runs on crew
Experts Live UK 2027 is community-run. Volunteers help with badges, speakers and the practical work that keeps the event running.
Act two
What volunteers do
Help at the registration desk, monitor rooms, support speakers or assist with expo logistics. Shifts are shared so volunteers can still attend sessions.
Act three
What you get back
Volunteers receive a free ticket, a crew shirt and a place at the crew social. You will also meet speakers, MVPs and fellow practitioners.
Put your hand up
Sign-up takes two minutes. We will come back to you well before the event with shifts and the details.
