The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the conference, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
This site is run by Experts Live UK, the organisers of Experts Live UK 2027. If anything in this policy is unclear, email hello@expertslive.co.uk and a human will answer.
What we collect, and why
Only what you type into a form. Register your interest and we keep your name and email to send you event updates. Send a sponsorship enquiry and we keep your company and contact details to respond to it. Buy a ticket and we keep the attendee and billing details needed to run your registration and issue your VAT receipt. That is the list.
Payments
Ticket payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe over their checkout — we never see or store card numbers.
Tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad pixels. Our forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are not a bot without setting tracking cookies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs.
Sharing
Your details go to the processors we need to run the event — Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, our email provider for updates — and nowhere else. We never sell attendee data, and sponsors do not get your details unless you hand them over yourself, for example by having your badge scanned on a stand.
Retention and your rights
We keep your details for the current event cycle and drop them when they are no longer needed. Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@expertslive.co.uk and we will sort it. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe.
